Why do I need to activate my chakras? Why can’t I just balance them?
I don’t speak on the Chakras in the context of balancing energies. I know them in the context of domains of consciousness. Our connection to all levels of reality which are levels of conscious experience. Your own energy and conscious operating on the fundamental level of your self expression that rises in frequency as high as you can imagine, having broader and broader influence. You must open and activate your lower chakras to a great extent to then support the opening and activation of the higher ones. Balancing your chakras is a completely different subject.
what does an opened chakra feel like?
There’s an initial reservoir of energy that begins to build up at the foundation of your self expression. At that chakra level, you may feel unlocked or awakened/enlivened. But that’s just new energy from your consciousnesses newly expanded state. When we ground and integrate that energy, we solidify our access to the higher levels of functioning without experiencing the energy rush as much. The energy doesn’t go away. It’s gotten used to. The energy rush is a rush because it’s higher functionalities than we’re used to becoming conscious again.
How long is each session?
10 minutes minimum and 50 minutes maximum. The time schedule is up in the “I’m ready” tab in the drop down menu.
Is this going to involve a lot of meditating?
Not really. There’s some meditation in the higher courses and there will be a walking meditation in the beginners course but that’s it.
Will I have to continue activating my chakras for the rest of my life?
No, not at all. What we’re doing is accessing higher functionalities and then grounding into our bodies aiding in our integration of these functionalities, permanently re-awakening these areas of perception. When you ground, you help yourself to integrate the information and allow it to become a part of you. That higher level functioning remains a part of you always. It was already apart of you anyway, except now the only difference is you’re conscious of it. This is a process of consciousness expansion and remembrance/re-orientation! So once you go forward, there’s no going back. You’ll be picking up where you left off.
What happens if I miss a day?
If you miss a day, it will put you behind. I suggest doing your best to make up for it the following day. Consistency is key when it comes to this program because what we do and how much we do will be changing almost constantly. If you aren’t able to be consistent it might be a good idea to hold off on doing it until you can be. There is a rough schedule posted in the “I’m Ready” tab at the top right corner of the web page.
