Quick and Easy Chakra Activation Technique

I’ve developed a very simple technique for myself to fully open and activate the chakras. It’s simple. It’s easy. It’s quick. By the end of the first Tier of this program, you’ll be able to open all five of those beauties every other morning in just 20-30 minutes right after you make your bed and before you brush your teeth! But there’s a catch: You’re not ready to use it.

The Boulder Analogy

Imagine you’re on the fifth story of a building. At your feet is a large hole with a thick rope reaching all the way down into the basement level and up through the ceiling, many stories above your head. Attached to the rope at the basement level is a good sized boulder.

Your goal is to lift that boulder up over your head. Every time you hoist the boulder, you gain immediate strength. All you want is to do a very simple lift of the boulder over your head. That’s all… You want to do this simple little motion over and over again to quickly, simply and conveniently gain power and strength. That’s your goal. Not too much to ask for, right? You just want a simple technique to increase your power and strength! But there’s an issue here. The boulder is all the way down at the basement level. And you don’t have the strength to lift it… Yet.

So, what do you do? You utilize the rope! You can use the rope as a tool to get you to a place where you can easily lift the boulder over the top of your head with your hands. You’ll have to put some work in before you can have that quick, simple convenient strength gaining practice.

At first, you lift the boulder a few inches up off of the ground by lifting the rope with your hands. Phew! That was an effort. But the next time you go to lift that boulder with the rope, it becomes a bit easier. Now, you can lift the rope up over your head! And the next time you try, you’re able to throw that rope about 4 feet above your head before the boulder comes crashing back down to the ground. Boom! Now we’re getting somewhere.

You then hoist the rope (and boulder) up again, but this time, the rope shoots up about 10 feet into the air! Now you’re able to catch the boulder (with the rope) as it falls back down to about 5 feet in the air instead of the ground. I think you see where this is going. Then you hoist the boulder rope combo again. 10 more feet, catching the rope and boulder at 10 feet in the air instead of 5 feet. Then you hoist again, 10 feet in the air, and you catch the rope when the boulder is about 15 feet in the air. You keep this up until the boulder reaches your floor!

Woooohoooo! Spectacular! This is exactly what opening the first few chakras is like. In this 41 day course, you’ll be doing a different exercise for each chakra. These exercises are very effective in opening and activating the chakras when done consistently.

For example, the first day will be about 10 minutes of an exercise. On the second day, you’ll now do 20 minutes of that same exercise. On the third, fourth and fifth day, 30 minutes. On the sixth day, we will go back down to 20 minutes while incorporating part of the chakra opening technique I mentioned earlier, and do that for 10 minutes following your 20 minute exercise. We’ll ease you into the new technique while easing you out of the exercise fully by day 10. Training wheels, off!

Each new day of these exercises will be just like a hoist of that boulder. You want your chakras open and active enough so that you can feel them. Not just the effects of them, but the physical sensation of the chakra itself. That’s where the technique comes in. This is the point where we can ease into a simple and easy 5 minute full on chakra activation that you can keep up and still experience gains with every time you do it. Pretty neat, right?
